Top 5 Tours In Kimbe

West New Britain is abundant with natural attractions and the best part about it is you usually have the whole site to yourself. Unlike the Philippines or Thailand where there are more tourists than locals, in Kimbe we are lucky to offer naturally beautiful and unique attractions where you and your group can enjoy privately. Enjoy the whole island, river and fishing spot all to yourself.

HOW TO GET TO WEST NEW BRITAIN

Most people believe Papua New Guinea is a difficult and remote place to visit. However, all main towns such as Kimbe in West New Britain can be reached within a few hours from Australia. There are daily flights out of Brisbane and Cairns with weekly flights out of Sydney.

All flight services are provided by Air Niugini’s B737 and Fokker 100 so don’t be worried about jumping on tiny planes! Departing Brisbane or Cairns is the easiest way to get to West New Britain. Flights usually depart at 10:30 am from Brisbane and arrive in Port Moresby at 1:50pm. From Port Moresby it is just a 1-hour domestic flight to Hoskins (Kimbe) which departs at 3:30pm.
